Ad Astra started as a hobby after our first son was born during our seminary days. Between work, and school, doing something with our hands became cathartic. We honed our crafted while listening to our textbooks, funding mission trips, and sending out our friends to the ends of the earth with the gospel.

Our goal is to make heirloom quality leather goods that will last a lifetime on a pastor or missionary budget; something that you can hand to your kids after years of faithful service that will remind them of how you walked with Jesus.

To that end we source our leather from various providers trying to find the right quality and colors that can standup to daily use.
